New Tethered Station For DJI M350 Cable Tension Management

The main function of this product is to provide safe and reliable long-endurance flight power for DJI M300 UAV up to 24 hours.

This product includes two parts: the ground end tether box and the sky end airborne power supply. The tether box integrates AC/DC DC power supply, automatic take-up and pay-off device, tether cable and intelligent control module to convert single-phase AC power of the mains, generator or mobile power supply into high-voltage power and transmit it to the airborne power supply through the tether cable. The airborne power supply can safely replace an original battery and provide constant voltage stabilization, continuous and reliable long-endurance power supply for the UAV without reducing the standard load weight. The system has the function of automatically retracting and releasing the line synchronously following the rise and fall of the UAV.

This product can be used as a tool to enable users to concentrate on flight operations without additional operations during the whole takeoff and landing flight operations.

1. Main features

1). Small in size, light weight, backpack storage, easy to carry, with a tethered box weighing only 8.5 kg.

2). The operation is simple, and the entire process of unmanned aerial vehicle takeoff and landing does not require the operation of the mooring box, truly automatically cable reel in/out.

3). The air module power supply has a constant voltage output, and the backup battery has no charging or discharging phenomenon throughout the entire process, without losing power or causing hidden damage.

2.Adapted to M300/M350 drone

1). Support flight duration: ≥ 24 hours.

2). Support flight altitude: ≥ 50m (standard tethered cable 55m, 110m and 160m are optional).

3). Optional lighting group: 640W or 1280W.

3.Functional characteristics

1). Automatic reel in/out: Follow the takeoff and landing of the UAV to synchronously cable reel in/out, adaptively the tension auto management, and manually press the button to retract the cable while power cut off.

2). Communication function: It has wired communication function with serial port protocol and supports wireless communication function with Bluetooth or wireless serial port protocol.

3). Protection function: Input overvoltage and undervoltage protection, output overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, over temperature protection, fault elimination and self recovery.

4). Data display function: The 4.0 inch touch screen displays data such as voltage, current, temperature, cable outlet length, date, time, operation records, fault records, and working status information.

5). Set adjustment: The display screen supports the setting and adjustment of wire winding speed, wire winding tension, wire reel out tension, safety length, date and time, and supports switching between Chinese and English display.

6). Fault alarm function: When the system malfunctions, the display screen scrolls to display fault information, and the fault alarm light flashes red and beeps to alert.

7). Equipment carrying: With a backpack design, the backpack can be equipped with a complete set of tethering systems, including a tethering box, air module power supply, lighting unit (optional), and other accessories. The overall weight is 12 ± 0.5kg.
